However, items must not be returned since the shipping cost is high. We will send replacements at our cost to repair or compensate new ones in some coming orders.

Q: Can you do FOB or CIF ?

A: Usually we do FOB (Shenzhen or Guangzhou), if you want to do CIF, it is OK, we can find the shipping forwarders and quote shipping charge to you.
